Special Silence
All is not good with Molly. You were expecting some updates, things were starting to feel positive, but she is back to where she was.

Comfortable Silence
When you take the risk and reach out to someone in need, it can be extremely life giving to both of you

Not so awkward silence
It can be awkward approaching someone because you care. But when you do, and they open up, it can be rewarding.

Awkward Silence
After a loss, and grief starts, there can just be no-one who understands, well not really. Where is everyone?

I don’t want to be a bother. But………….
The house that was so full of life, now seems to empty. Maybe I should do something.

What is your iconic memory?
Memories are important and critical to our ongoing interaction with grief. Is there one that stands outs from the rest and can be accessed easily when needed?

Grief – triggers in unlikely places
Just when you think it is OK to ‘move on’ an unexpected trigger may creep up on you.

“I feel so numb. I don’t feel anything.”
There is nothing, emptiness, a world devoid of feelings. I don’t know how to feel anymore.

The ‘hole’ of grief – Is it time to let go?
Is it time to let go? Not of the person or the memories, but of the feeling I can put grief off? Holding on can take a lot of energy.

The ‘hole’ of grief – darkness and light
Grief – there has been a blog about darkness, and a blog about light. An invitation for you to bring it together.
