How do you measure success? Is it based on financial or material gain, and tangible results? That is one measure, but what about leaving the world in a better place?

There are things we can take for granted; the fact our hearts will beat, one beat at a time. This then frees us up to consider who we can live our lives, making the most positive difference we can.

If death is an inescapable truth, are we going to live in fear of it, hoping it will never come, or use it as a motivation to make our days count?

What is the blessing? You may be surprised, as it is probably the furthest thing from your mind. But if Socrates said it, there may be something worth considering.
